What’s the payment method you accept for payments?

We are accepting all the major payment gateways like PayPal and all types of credit & debit card in a very secure envirmoment.

How long it takes to receive an order on the requested address?

Once the payment process is over, you will receive your order within 9-15 days.
Will I get any discount on mass product order?

Yes, we offer a special discount and the customer will have to contact us in case they want to purchase a mass order. It should be remembered, there will be no less than 10 items in a mass-product order.
How will we get our products if we submit an order with your factory?

We make it easy for customers to get their orders delivered to their mentioned addresses. We deliver orders with minimum rates using all kinds of express services. DHL, UPS, FEDEX & TNT are our most-used delivery services so it’s convenient for the customers to get their orders at their door-step instead of collecting them from the ports.
How can we know the quality of your products is the right one we are looking for?

We arrange a Reference Sample before you place an actual order after we receive your order details. You can inspect that sample before you place the order. Samples in our factory is entirely free but to personally view a sample, we reasonable charge that’s refunded as you place your order. In case, the customer wants changes to the sample, we will make changes without charging any extra amount.
What are the payment terms and how can we pay when we will place an order?

Our price is based on FOB, CNF & CIF and the amount will be paid after the mass production order is inspected by the customers or any 3rd party authorized.
Return Policy & Replacement Policy

In case the customers want to exchange or replace products, we will consider the request made within 16 days of the actual purchase date. The customers will be responsible for all shipping charges.
